Two teams comprised of the best one-armed golfers from Europe and North America have now arrived in Louisville, USA in preparation for the inaugural Humana Fightmaster Cup, which will be contested September 12-14 at the Cardinal Club.

 

Each team is comprised of 12 players and a captain, and the competition over the three days at the Simpsonville, Kentucky-based golf club will mimic Ryder Cup in format of play. Four groups will play two rounds of Foursomes and Fourball on Friday and Saturday and all players from both sides will participate in Singles Matches on Sunday.

 

The European team, sponsored by the UK-based Society of One Armed Golfers, is comprised of six players from England, three from Scotland and two from Ireland, including six-time International One-Armed Champion Nick Champness of West Sussex, England.
