Members are advised of the following arrangements to accommodate the participants in the championship.

 

 

PRACTICE DAY – The tee has been reserved from 10am until 2.30pm on Monday 15th – there are 99 competitors which should lead to a busy day.

 

CAR PARKING – Only competitors and EWGA officials will be able to use the Old and West car parks. Members are requested to use the forest car park.

 

CLUBHOUSE – The competitors will be using the Men’s Changing rooms in the Old Clubhouse as well as the Ladies’ Changing rooms. Gentlemen may use the Men’s Changing rooms and toilet facilities in the West Clubhouse.

 

CHAMPIONSHIP - The tee is reserved from 8am until approximately 2.30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday 16th and 17th June and from 8.30am until approximately 12.30pm on Thursday 18th June.

 

No play is permitted before the competition times each morning but members may play from about 3.30pm onwards on the 16th and 17th and from about 2pm on Thursday 18th.
